What's The Scoop?

Located in the heart of Downtown Dover, The Scoop on Loockerman is more than just your neighborhood ice cream shop. We’re a social enterprise and youth workforce development program run by Restoring Central Dover, as part of our Restoring Central Dover initiative.

We serve up:

Ice Cream

Fresh Waffle Cones

Water Ice

Hot Dogs

And much more!

All while providing justice-involved and at-risk youth with the opportunity to gain real-world work experience, build life skills, and connect with support resources in a safe and positive environment.
