Monthly Homeownership Orientations -
ZOOM
NeighborGood Partners hosts a monthly homeownership orientation to prepare you for your journey to help you better understand the process. This orientation is your first step towards our homeownership services.

When you click "Register", you will be taken to our ClientMax portal. You will need to complete the following steps to complete your registration process.
1. Create your username and password by completing all three tabs of your profile.
2. Click on the Available Classes Tab and register for any of our upcoming classes.
For your convenience we have have 2 time slots available: 1PM and 6PM.

After registering, a Zoom link will be emailed to you at least 24 hours prior to the class.

Moving to Work: DSHA Residents Only
(FIRST THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH) -
ZOOM
Join us on the first Thursday of each month to learn how to gain financial freedom for you and your family. This session is for residents of Delaware State Housing Authority only.​​

10AM and 6PM.

NeighborGood Partners' LIFT Financial Education Workshop is designed to help you learn and invest for tomorrow. Sometimes you need a little extra 'lift' to help understand, build, and maintain credit. We have the people in place to teach you principles on how to make sound financial decisions, understand the steps to sustainable homeownership, and ways to invest in your future.
