Dover, DE | February 19, 2026 – NeighborGood Partners, in partnership with Energize Delaware, today celebrated the ribbon-cutting of the North Kirkwood Street Passive House homes in Dover, Delaware — the first buildings in the state to achieve Phius Design Certification (Core Prescriptive 2021).

The Passive Home project is moving full steam ahead, and recent events have shown just how much interest and excitement this initiative is generating. Over the month of September we hosted two well-attended gatherings.
