How We Can Help
Our housing counseling helps households become mortgage-ready for conventional financing and special federal financing programs, such as FHA, VA, and Rural Development Section 502 mortgage loans.

Your journey will start with an orientation session. This session will help you understand the homeownership education process.

Your housing counselor will guide you through the next steps can include reducing debt, cleaning up their credit, and learning how to budget!
Online Learning
NeighborGood Partners is proud to offer an online homebuyer education course for customers who are pre-approved with a lender or currently working with a NeighborGood Partners Housing Counselor and have been referred to the eHome America Homebuyer Education Course.
